During my stay, I encountered several issues that were frustrating. The housekeeping did not make the beds or provide adequate service despite my request for it. Additionally, the room had an outdated popcorn ceiling that was falling apart, which was surprising given Hilton's usual standards.

Room spaciousness impressed me on my visit, along with the great water pressure in the shower that made for an enjoyable experience. Having a Keurig coffee maker in the room provided a nice touch for early mornings.

Unfortunately, housekeeping missed replacing the coffee supplies during my stay. There were slow responses from the night crew regarding noise disturbances from other guests, which affected my comfort. I also felt that the overall customer service at the front desk could be more personable and engaged, as it came off as detached throughout my visit.

The hotel is situated in a lovely neighborhood with picturesque grassy areas and convenient access to various restaurants. The room was well-equipped with a mini fridge, Keurig maker, and microwave, providing great comfort. However, the breakfast setup was a bit chaotic and could use some improvement.

Totally recommend for a brief hiatus

The rooms are spacious and immaculate, and the staff are exceptionally kind, especially Amanda, who made us feel welcome. The delicious breakfast included made-to-order omelets and a variety of choices. The atmosphere is so inviting with comfortable seating in the lobby.

Breakfast pricing can be confusing.

It was just a commendable fit for a day tour in Glastonbury with excellent value for money. Luis made us feel valued and went above and beyond during our stay. Parking is free and easy, but be mindful of where you park.

Great stay with friendly staff!

The room was super clean and cozy. Big shoutout to Amanda at the front desk for being so friendly and chatty! The dining area had a nice vibe, and the food was pretty good. Only thing was the elevator was kinda slow, which was a bit annoying.

The stay provided easy highway access and ample parking. While the bar offered late cocktails, the food quality fell short. breakfast was limited and charged extra. The front desk staff wasn’t as welcoming as expected, detracting from the overall experience. Cleanliness was a plus, but the room comfort did not meet Hilton standards, leaving much to be desired.
